He was an old friend from folky youth days, we went to the same college in the 60's,a wonderful singer. Sheath and Knife , Just as the Tide was Flowing and the Bellringing come to mind as my favourites of his, but there were so many. I was dead jealous of Tony's beautiful voice, because he went off to be a teacher, whereas I wanted to be a musician and had a lousy voice. I told him how much it pissed me off! Frequently.
