Great to see you back! I've noticed your absence, both here and the little notices on Online Contacts showing that you're on-line. It does seem that, when something goes wrong with your computer that you are at the non-existent mercy of the so-called "support" people. Some are enormously helpful, not at all condescending and parient, while others are dismissive and condescending. Many of them have lost the gift of speaking English and couldn't explain how to open a door to save their lives.

But, welcome back, C-Flat! You were missed.... I'll drop you a long e-mail, just to catch up on what's been going on over my way.
