Welcome back, Cflat, after what, I'm sure, has been a very frustrating 3 weeks. Tho my provider does give pretty good tech support, it is always passed along with long suffering patience and bored condescention... and no matter how together and knowledgeable I try to be when I approach them I am always started of with the "Turn the computer on, go to Edit..." etc. It is probably their way of making what must be mostly an incredibly dull job more self-satisfying. Glad everything seems OK now...
