Good luck house-hunting, unless you have already found something. The city of Mililani (I have friends there) isn't too far from Tripler and may still be a little less expensive. He is a commercial pilot and has to go to the airport. But I don't know the rush hour patterns, having only been there to absorb warmth. Listen to the guy who plays uke with the Ke'au (sp?) Crater Boys- really good.
