I'd like to propose that the entire continent unites into the Federation of North America with Shatner at the helm. The King of All Actors could do no worse than George W., (can't say much about the Canadian PM as he doesn't get much press coverage down this way), and would elevate the fine art of lying on television to an entertaining art form.
