My condolences, also, Robin. My mom passed on three years ago this January past and about a month after our old dog joined her. It was hard enough to lose one without losing the other, too. Have lost three more older cats since then, too, to the maladies of age. It is never easy, but Linn is right...they are in your heart forever.
