This is to Jon, in the open instead of by PM, because I am an open person, and as someone who has been a good friend to him.

Jon, I think you are taking the eaiser way instead of facing some issues you have created and perpetuated, but I wish you all the best regardless. It's my experience that the easy way is a circular one which always leads us right back to another opportunity to choose the harder, more personally-productive way. So I look forward to continuing to being your friend, then, too.
