Subject: RE: Help! Clip Art for Folkies!!
My collection that I've acquired for over 30 years are mostly line art from Dover books and other copyright free sources. I also manufactured a line of folk music rubber stamps (The Rubbersmith) back in the '80s, produced mostly from these sources. More recently (meaning the past 10 years) I've used a line art clip art collection on 3 CDs that my former place of employment purchased around 8 years ago. Unfortunately, I can't remember the company ('tho I can check it sometime in the next couple days). The Art Explosion electronic clip art collections have a decent collection of music line art in the "Classic Images" section. They're available from Nova Development www.novadevcorp.com. They market huge general interest collections (the one I have is 250,000 images on 26 CDs), but they do have a decent line art collection included besides the color and vector art.
