A few minutes ago I had an email from Ruth Moody, former singer of the great young Canadian stringband "Scruj MacDuhk", in my inbox. It announced that that band broke up last fall and talked about a couple of new projects Ruth is now working on.

Like a thumbfingered idiot I managed to lose that message and a bunch of others. (something to do with having a webmail inbox and a download email client active at the same time, apparently).

Did any of you get the same msg from Ruth? Please PM or email me at bcameron@superaje.com if you did. It had her email address and I want to encourage certain persons to book her.

Scruj was a wonderfully talented and energetic ensemble from Winnipeg and I was glad to see that the key members are all continuing their music careers in different ensembles. I just have to find out what ones, again.
