Pending word from Joe or Max or somebody who knows what they're talking about, Michaelr, I don't think it'll make any difference, because the link is not actually to the thread title but to the thread's URL (which reads http://www.mudcat.org/thread.cfm?threadid=xxxxxx where xxxxxx is a five-digit ID number unique to that thread (e.g. this thread is 48879). I assume when Joe changes a title he leaves the ID number the same, so the links should still work just fine.
