Besides what Jack M. Folk wrote, I also remember that it starts out "at a dinner party in Long Island." I think that the KT version substitutes the word "Hmmm" for the word "Damn," but someone else's version (Harry Belefonte, maybe?) sings the "Damn" word. I'll look at my old Harry stuff...
