Oh, by the way, greg, while you're right about the bozouki/saz connection, I have some Greek-produced cds of Turkish and Balkan folk music, and in the liner notes, it's made clear that pretty much EVERY instrument used between India and Spain was invented by the Greeks. (Turns out the Greeks rightfully own most of that land, too, heh)
