Hey! All you have to do is to be invited to perform at a special Fourth of July performance by PBS, and then be denied the right to perform a piece of music you want to perform! You refuse to perform if they won't let you sing what you want to and every cable station in the U. S. will give you airtime.

But then Charlie Daniels has done pretty well without all that.
