we bought a new washing machine.

on the casing was a sticker saying 'important- read instructions before using- do not connect to electricity supply until you have read instructions '

i couldn't find the instructions anywhere after searching through the box & packaging, so i rang the shop to ask.

they said they should be inside the machine.

i went back to the machine & sure enough could see through the glass door that there was a package inside.

i tried to open the door but couldn't so i rang the shop again.

they said 'you have to plug it in to open the door'

can you believe it?
