As some of you may recall, a friend of mine, Lynne Stewart has been arrested for "aiding terrorism", in her role as a lawyer. We had a very good discussion on mudcat, and now, this link (sorry for the ludite not being able to do the blue clicky thing...) clickety has a good evaluation of what is at stake.
