I've heard "Slowing down to lethargy" in a singaround (performed by Robin Burns I think). "My Husband's got no Porridge in him" is thanks to Les Barker - Hilary Spencer is a member of the Mrs Ackroyd Band as well as Artisan - and not to be confused with My Husband's too much Courage in him (written by Pete McNab - Courage was a brewing firm).
