I suspect tobacco isn't the whole problem... I suspect that the other 200+ chemicals added to cigarettes are the majority of the problem...

A deck these days here costs almost 7 bucks... and the word on the street is that it'll be closer to 9 by the fall...

The last time the Ontario government was this stupid, all they did was create a niche for smugglers... and the price was slashed to just over 3 bucks or so...
