Perhaps you ought to rephrase, instead of "too much negative" how about "too little positive"?

I don't see the point in making artificial changes to entice people back. But to anyone who does not see enough positive music threads the answer is simple. Start more of them.

It is a fact of life that controversy and asking for opinions will generate more traffic then please tell me the lyrics to "X" but that being said, I'll tell you what keeps me from going away to a Talk site. Threads like the "Raglan Road" thread. Beautiful, informative, threads Like that one are what keeps ME panning THIS creek.
