While I'm not sure how appropriate the song would seem to some people, 'Come by the Hills' touches a chord within me on this issue... The song is more literally about Ireland and the loss of the past, reflected through the beauty of the present, but I see deeper meanings in the visions of childhood and the loss of innocence that accompanies it, and the invitation to realize that it's all the same...

I'll be singing this weekend, and I'll make sure that this is one of the tunes...

'Our past has been lost, and the future has yet to be one...and the cares of tomorrow will wait 'till this day is done...'
