I am a regular fixture on Paltalk....there are some wonderful people and musicians there, mixed in amongst the fray. I paid the $20 annual fee to rid myself of the incessant popups, and I am glad for it. As far as live music goes, there are what I call "the big rooms," which are fine if you want to hear Eric Clapton's Tears from Heaven over and over. There are several smaller rooms that are just great. I open a room occasionally (DWDitty's Coffeehouse), and I suggest you do the same. It is very easy to do from the Paltalk Website. I further suggest that you block the use of cams when you set up the rooms. In doing so, you wind up with people who are truly interested in the music. In other words, you can use paltalk to make a perfectly wonderful place to to gather with like minds and play/hear the music you desire. The trick is to do it yourself. Enjoy!!!! dw
