Yes, 'heaviness' especially to new performers or regulars who are already towing the line - I think as much as anything it has helped to get my thoughts clarified as to what we should be doing - Maybe I should cut out the last paragraph - does sound a bit threatening! (Altho' expecting people 'to leave' was far less radical than what I was contemplating doing to at least 5 people last club night :) !
