Sonja - thanks for the Portland info... that's closer for me than Seattle - I'm in Longview but can't find and music here, to speak of. Guess I have to range further. Sounds like Seattle has a lot going too, so I'll check some out, but it's tough to work for a living and make weekday events... ahh, but all in the pursuit of real music. Hoping to find house concerts, too....
