Subject: RE: Help: Beautiful Eileen or Eileen O'Grady
I've just been looking for the words to Eileen O'Grady and have found your emails of 1999. In the version that my mother-in-law sings are the words for the chorus:-

Come,come beautiful Eileen,
Come for a drive with me,
Over the mountain, down by the fountain,
Home through the valley, owe wouldn't it be lovely.
Make up your mind, don't be unkind
and we'll drive to Castlebar
To the road I'm no stranger
For you there's no danger,
So hop like a bird on me auld jaunting cart.

Sorry for such a late imput!! Watch this space 'cause I've made enquiries for the rest of the words from my Aunt-in-law for the words she is acquainted with which are bound to be different!!!
Bye, Howard
