I don't know what I can add to what's been said. My own sense of loss is probably greater than Barbara would ever have imagined. She was such a strong and wonderful presence.

Thought seriously of driving to Plainfield Friday. Can't. Do know, all of you who are there, that I'm thinking of you and of her.
