Well said, Jerry. We're in the age of lifelong learning.I don't even attempt to advise my daughters (aged 19, 23 and 25), because the job market is already so changed and will change even more during their lifetime. I just help them to talk and think things through.
And whenever they asked me what I, as a child, had wanted to be when I grew up, my standard reply was "I still don't know, that's why I'm a civil servant" (not quite true, but it always gets a laugh).
