Well, now I'm feeling like I've been quite dismissive of GUEST, and I'm sorry. The garbage sure isn't much of a concern when I don't have to live in a city with mountains of it! Guess it's these damned rose colored glasses. I still think the bad stuff doesn't matter as much when there's enough good stuff in a person's life, but you can't walk around with blinders on.

Regarding the cash-and-carry lady and Mick - well, if a man is going to fondle his low D on a street corner in the wee hours of the morning, it might just appear like he wanted some company.
