Subject: Need some mojo - NOHAUL saga continues!
Some of you might remember the trouble we had with UNOhaul truck rental company when we moved to Colorado from Wyoming at the end of March. They couldn't deliver the big truck we'd reserved, so we left almost all of our stuff in storage and brought what we could in a smaller truck.

Well, our daughter in WY took a week's vacation, starting today, we rented another truck from them, with a supposed $100 off, which coupons didn't make it there in time, she loaded it up, with help, yesterday and headed out today, after getting off work at noon.

Two hours out from our old home in Casper, the truck started acting weird. She was two miles out of the closest town, thank goodness, and used her cellphone to call their service number. About an hour and a half later, while she sat by the side of the road in high 90 degree weather, the mechanics showed up, towed it back to town. Told her it needs a new fuel pump and there are none to be had in town. It has to come from Denver and will be there SOMETIME tomorrow. Tomorrow is the poor kid's 25th birthday!! This will be one she will never forget!

I had already decided to file a complaint with the CO sec. of state's office, now I think I will also have to take them to small claims court. Because of their original breach of contract, we've had to pay three extra month's storage, plus pay for movers to load, and the truck, etc. with the addition of a motel room now. All told, what should have cost us just under $300 is now already over $600.

Anyhow, I just needed to rant about it a bit. I wrangled on the phone with them all last week and kept getting the runaround. Come Monday morning they are not going to be happy to hear from me.

Daughter is fine, she's young enough to take it in stride and have some fun. But I sure would appreciate you all cooking up some mojo vibes to get the thing taken care of early in the morning tomorrow, so she and our stuff can get here, safely, and before Rog has to go back to work on Monday!

Thanks a bunch and remember don't go with

NOHaul!!
