Appendicitis is just about the perfect illness, isn't it? Just before you go to hospital, you feel so sick and in so much pain that all you want to do is to go to sleep and wake up without an apppendix. That's what happens too. A day or two and you'll be over the "appendix walk". Hope the recovery goes quickly, but you can only speed up the recovery by slowing everything else down for a few days.
