Thanks katlaughing, but that isn't the song...I too did a database search as well as checking some other Irish music sites but to no avail...More info I forgot in my first thread:

I heard it sung at somewhere (perhaps on Fordham Univ's Irish music program when I lived in White Plains, NY) and to the best of my memory the chorus contains the following:
If you sigh we hear you.
If you weep, we weep.
...etc....
Ireland, Mother Ireland....
...Ever shall we hold you
Dearest, best of all.
