I'm reminded of a buddy of mine in college - back in the 60's when chow halls were abysmal - who was thrown out at dinner time because he took his jello off the plate and was bouncing it like a basketball on the floor, just to make the point about how bad the cooking was. I can still see that orange square globet rebounding up from the floor!
