Okay, it was a Mudcatter by the name of JamesJim who was renovating a theatre with his friend John Gage. In his posting about it, he said it was the old Kentucky Theatre on Fourth street. This was a couple of years ago when he listed his contact email addy as JamesJimFolk@cs.com. All of this info is in a thread he started called something like "are you your own person?" He had also mentioned doing some kind of radio show out of the theatre ala PHC. Hope this helps!
