By the way, it's funny that this asteroid thing should come up, because there are a whole bunch of people who think the Earth is due for a catastrophic interplanetary "visitation" by a large heavenly body...next Spring. It's more serious than an asteroid.

My opinion? I don't know. I have no firm opinion one way or the other about it. When and if I do know, well, we'll see...

The good news is...if it's true...then we will all have a few weeks to watch it coming and go into a blind panic, around next April/May. If not, then absolutely nothing will happen at all. I've seen that occur a few times before with this sort of thing...I hope this one turns out to be as bogus as the past ones.
