With the awe inspiring name of Murphy's Irish Pub

It opened Saturday past, but I didn't get a chance to get in there until last night...

Now, no offence to the other pubs in town, but man oh man is this a breath of fresh air... A new venue, a change of scene... It's a fine place... Large selection of import pints... dart board... Foozeball table... Big fireplace... Sweet stage... looks like a KICK-BUTT sound system... A bunch of smaller 'rooms' mostly all on slightly different levels... and great gobs of DARK wood around the place...

If only Derek, the owner didn't have such questionable taste in music... I'm booked there 5 nights in August alone... LOL!!

Come on out anyway... We'll have a pint, and hopefully insure that this place'll float!
