What a bummer. I thought the ads looked pretty pathetic, too, but Joachin usually picks some really good films. Then again, I hear he's agreed to star in an upcoming cheesy sci-fi flick, so maybe he's decide "more work, less art."

As for crop circles, there are a whole crop (sorry) of them that are just really eerie and totally different than the wild hoax patterns you see in the UK. The "real" ones are just plain circles or a couple of them together, and have a distinct set of characteristics that identifies them as different than the others. Like every single seed of the grain missing.

There's so much stuff we don't understand about nature, it seems ridiculous to jump to the conclusion that aliens who can fly across interstellar space to visit us can't manage to drop us a note saying, "Hi" instead of writing on crops.
