existentialists qua existentialists have problems deciding whether suicide is worth bothering with....but they have no need to 'prove' anything....only observers of the phenomenon care, and since existentialists so seldom get around to it, there is VERY little data....thus empirical proof is statistically useless......I think...(therefore I am)...unless....hmmmmmm.....
