I think Paul O'Neil, the current Treasury guy, is pretty forthright and decent as far as I can tell -- but he has a mild speech impediment so he'll probably never make the national "A" list, not telegenic enough. And as career politicians go, John McCain speaks truth to power once in a while. And the Udall family from western states are all decent folks, imho. But the higher the ladder you go, the greater the percentage of creeps and knaves and thieves.
