When I was in college..(about 1968) the audio-visual center of the school sent out it's monthly bulletin, noting that the movie featured one week would be "Plato's Republic"...we, the graduate students in Philosophy did not bother to GO, but instead thought up silly jokes about it....and soon, there appeared on the bulletin board, a handwritten addendum to the notice.

"Next month, the featured movie will be Kant's Critique of Pure Reason, starring Julie Newmar as the sensible manifold"
