A difference of 6 hours, so the Mudcat server must be in the Eastern part of the USA. Add 3 hours and you are in crazy Calif., and there Alaska and Hawaii abaft.
For a fine display of US time zones look up up the website of the United States Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C.
Too idle tolook it up now.
