We'll be driving into Portland, Oregon, Wednesday, 9/18, looking for gatherings where folks swap sea music and other traditional/contemporary songs. I've already been in contact with Jonathan and Gordy of the sea music group Shanghaied, and some other old music friends.The weekend of 9/22 or 9/23 might be the best time for a song party. We'll be staying downtown where my wife is committed to attending workshops at a national conference but I'm quite free to nose around. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
