If you are a binge drinker, look for the pattern - is it always on a Friday night? Find a club or some activity that happens on a Friday and do something different. Is it at a particular time of year? Could be it's related to Seasonal Affective Disorder (my depression is linked to but not caused by SAD, I just find Feb, Mar and Apr very difficult months), and a change in lifestyle can help - getting up earlier to enjoy a full day's light. Always look for links and patterns. Then you know what to avoid or change for the future.LTS
