I change my email address every couple of years to escape spam. It takes about a year for them to catch up to me and another year for it to get bad enough for me to justify the switch. I have no interest in having a permanent email address for that reason.

I moderate two mailing lists. The listserver automatically removes email addresses with three bounces. It's a lifesaver. You might look into the listservers with BCentral or someone else to help manage your names. 900 is a lot to keep track of manually!
