Jimmy, right above the Forum threads you will find a box that says "Start A New Thread." Click on that and there will be a box for your thread title. (You will probably want to use the prefix "Help" -- i.e., make it a public help question thread.) Then below that there is a box where you can type in the kind of information and questions that you posted here.
