Oh, perchance to dream! **BG** I awoke in the middle of last night realising I'd had a wonderful dream. Rog and I were eagerly anticipating a visit from St. oops, I mean Big Mick! Our youngest daughter was there to help spruce the place up. The outside looked like our new house in Colorado, but the inside looked like something I'd seen on BBC last night, the inside of a Yorkshire farm house!
Anyway, here was Himself, walking up the garden path with an old gentleman in tow by the name of Tommy. Someone very well-known in the Irish tradition, but I never did get his last name. They had whistles and buttonboxes and a fiddle. I remember I was holding my lap dulcimer as I walked across the room. Both of them remarked about how nice looking it was and, my semi-awake, non-dreaming self thought "well hand it to them, silly" but my dream-self just kept hold of it!**BG**
So what I want to know is...when are you and Tommy going to make a grande tour to the West, Mickdarlin'!? Surely this was a message from the great Altar where you reign as High Priest of the Ancient Fertility Rites? Or...was this just wishful dreaming? **BG**
