He has made a couple of memorable speeches, which says a lot for the speechwriter, who unfortuntely rarely gets any recognition at all, but in those two speeches he gave a decent delivery too. No question in my mind but that Reagan and Clinton were two of the best we have had. Almost as good as FDR.
