I recall a story someone told me about quitting smoking and eventually being able to smell old smoke on clothes... something he had not been aware of while smoking. His mother in law had sewn a bathrobe for him for Christmas, smoking all the while she was sewing, and when he opened the gift Christmas morning the stink of it was overwhelming. It was at that moment he suddenly became aware of how bad he smelled during all those years of smoking. It was one of the things that kept him from starting again. Great job, Rick.
