I seem to recall that Grosse[1] mentions the "Four Turd" supper, consisting pig's trotter, pig's nose and pork chittlings - the name comes from "tread turd" (trotters), "stir turd" (snout), "hold turd" (chittlings) and mus-turd.Walrus
