This movie has finally made it to satellite TV and I saw it a couple of wks ago... I guess I'm a picky film person...I was glad I'd not spent any theater money to see this...aside from the music it seemed hokey and Hollywoody to me. And even the music was handled in an artificial way.

But! Pretty Saro!!! Best part, only good part, as far as i'm cocerned, of the whole movie....and that was Iris Dement???? I wonder if she's singing on Songcatcher II...if she is, it alone would be worth the price of the CD.
