Been 15 days, 8 hours and 9 minutes for me,thanks to Zyban and the disgust I feel after smoking for the better part of 30 years. Also a few nasty battles with bronchitis over the past 3 years.

The only advice I have is do not give in, don't have a smoke as a reward for not smoking. The mind must be contained, or it will talk you into anything, fortunately, you can also use your mind to talk you out of it. Good luck to all who try to quit.
