What if, the land that the woodies (no jokes here, please...) say, if cleared, would subsatntially protect the forests, were to have to be sold at *cost*? And this wood go toward building low cost housing? Yeah, no profit! Just the satisfaction that a woodie gets when he serves the forests and mankind. Hmmmmmm? And none of that Enron/Haliburton crap or it's off to the pokie! Yeah, just call the woodie's hand and guess what? I think he's gonna fold. But if he don't, then I think America has moved one step closer towards a counrty that values right over wrong.
