DougR, part of the problem is that we CAN'T trust them. In Alaska, the cruise industry, the mining industry, the logging industry- you name it- keeps saying that they *will* do so and so- and then we keep finding out that when our backs were turned, they did NOT. We had another instance just last week.

How can you trust their word? Unless the day comes that they actively and consistently and without the feds or other powers breathing down their necks train and police themselves- and REPORT- themselves, it is worse than naive to trust them. It is criminal.
